Most ES's have been pretty good about this as of late. The ES in Syracuse always gives me free internet. The ES in Brooklyn Center, MN has also given me free internet in addition to the My Way Benefit. The ES in downtown Chicago is another story. This hotel doesn't know how to treat a Diamond guest at all.
