[LIST][*]How does the Admiral's Club compare to others?.
I was there earlier this month. I was rather disappointed. The space is very long and narrow and lacks privacy of corners and small spaces offered at other clubs such as BOS, ORD H/K, DFW, and even STL. The club was clean, functional and convenient to the AA gates. The staffing is very thin. One AAngel at the door consisted of the entire staff mid-day on a Saturday. No one attended bar, and only non-alcoholic beverages were "available upon request" from the AAngel. Its unfortunate AA can't staff the bar or provide self service options at SJC, but I'd rather have a thinly staffed club lacking a bartender than not having an AC altogether.
I'll echo this as well. The club itself is just OK, but the staff are (IMO) the best in the system in terms of help and support.
Cheers.
Perhaps if you can find someone on-duty
