To get to the rental car shuttle, you have to go downstairs and head to the right, past the luggage collection, and out the doors. The collection for the shuttle to head to all rental cars is there. Hertz (along with someone else) is the first stop.

Driving out of the rental car lot takes you back through the airport, although there has been quite a bit of construction lately.
