Over the past few months/weeks I've been looking at getting some new luggage and my leading candidate has been the Baseline 20" U420LX. The retail price is $369.00. Is that a good deal/value or is it one of those things where it's usually more advisable to wait for a sale of somesort?

The secondary part is that I've found that for the most part BR usually are part of an exclusion from a sale. eg.. the sale/promotion that Ebags has right now where for the most part BR is excluded, except for a few styles that. I assume, are clearance/discontinued. The only time that I've seen their stuff on sale is either through Sierra Trading Post with closeouts/clearance or that sale during the holiday season. Is it better to wait, as I'm not in any true rush?
