Planning on trip to Taipei with my family (3 total) in August. Wondering if I purchase B-class tickets, how likely is it to get upgraded to Business/First class using miles. CO customer service was not very forth coming with any insight. P.S. - I am OnePass Gold member.

Also, I am Gold, but rest of family are Silver, should I separate the booking out, or book all under the same PNR
