If your complaints are/were reasonable, it's most likely the comments are to your benefit. If you have made legitimate complaints in a courteous fashion, even on a regular basis, you're more likely regarded as a benchmark as to their service levels.
On the other hand, if you regularly berate staff or complain unreasonably, not only will you get the non-reclining seat, they'll spit in your meal, tag your bags to Zurich, and cancel the rest of your itinerary.
