The guy who ran the Skydiving centre I used to jump at travelled to the USA.. picked up a used Twin Otter he had purchased.. and flew IT back to Australia..

Ferry tanks were fitted of course.. and his route was interesting by all accounts...

Wish I knew exactly how he did it... I'm assuming up through Alaska and across to Russia/Japan and down through Asia.. but I just don't know.....

The again Dick Smith flew a Bell 207 around the world!!
