How are small planes delivered long distances? (was"something I wondered about")

I tried a search but didn't find an answer for my mind wandering wonder.
How do small/short range aircraft get from Bowing, AirBus, Focker ect ect ect..to far away/range extended service points. How do Canadair/Embrair....get to Australia?

I'm sure some larger but not quite within range planes are flown and hop from fuel station to destination but the small jets and prop planes must get there somehow. is there a transport plane like Boeing and Airbus use for parts that takes them there or do they sail on a freighter?
