I flew STL-SEA-STL recently and the meals were the same as they have been since AA downgraded the service with their takeover (ie. styrofoam dixie cups of ice cream).

Both of these flights were at 5:45 and 6:45 p.m. and listed as "snacks" on aa.com. Previously on the same flights I got the box.
