Don't count on it... the changes you list seem to be a change from a TWA First Class "snack" to a TWA First Class "meal". Flights which already received meals have not changed.
I flew STL-SEA-STL recently and the meals were the same as they have been since AA downgraded the service with their takeover (ie. styrofoam dixie cups of ice cream).
