Some exact menus may be set in the contracts. However, it is more likely a level of catering. You and others notice the huge difference in the level of catering between TWA and American flights. The rates are different if one is going to get more involved and start loading multi-tray affairs. Exact menus may not be set by contract, but prices and types of catering are so everybody will just have to wait until the contract is up. Or another idea.... eat elsewhere.
