Dear AA experts,
Since AA has taken over TWA, have AA meals make their ways to TWA? Or do these TWA-operated flights still serve TWA's style meals, or have they converted to all AA style?
Thanks,

Still a huge disparity:
5/24/02 AA Metal (MD80) FLL-DFW dep 1745
Warmed nuts in ramekin, salad with four shrimp atop, choice of pasta or steak, cake for dessert. Not bad.
5/31/02 TWA Metal (B757) FLL-STL dep 1745
Snack box. The box is more appetizing than the contents inside. Nuts in bag, cold sandwich, cole slaw or something and cookies.
Almost identical distance and certainly the same departure time but vastly different catering.
I don't get it. I could understand that TWA had a contract with the caterer, etc., but did they have the menu in the contract also? Kind of like hiring a personal chef with the menu pre-set and chef refusing to change. I don't get it.
As a trade-off, so to speak, I do enjoy the 757's seats (as long as they're not reconfigured) and the more "open" feeling the 757 has compared to the MD80....just don't expect to be fed well.
