Meals are better than they were, but not up to AA caliber as of yet.
My last TWA meal was on a JAX-STL flight (departing about 6:00pm). It was described as "chicken pasta" or "fajita salad." </font>
Basically that means AA upgraded the service from a TWA Snack service to a TWA meal service -- still below the AA standards.
I flew TW STL-SEA on Thursday and the meals were the same as they have been for ever and ever -- a one tray service including the styrofoam dixie cup of ice cream.
I wasn't too upset since I had just been bumped off my scheduled routing (STL-DFW-SEA) for $300.
