Hello all-

I am trying to book an ORD-LHR round trip in July, in economy, and using an SWU in each direction. They're both NC0 at the moment, as expected, so I'm happy to wait-list as always. I select "economy" as the cabin and "Systemwide Region 2" for the upgrade, and the system returns a list of possible flights.

I select a non-stop in each direction, and the next page shows a "W" fare in one direction and a "Q" for the return, both upgradable fares in Region 2 as I understand things.

But at the top of the screen it says: The itinerary you selected is NOT eligible for the upgrade"

Anyone else seen this? It seems like an error, and makes me reluctant to book the flight without the possibility of an upgrade.
