sorry if i wasnt clear in my first posting. every flight was confirmed by emirates through continental. I was assigned seat numbers, etc back in february. my return trip from dubai was through houston since i couldnt get a flight through lax on mileage, so i was calling to check on that, when the agent told me that my schedule had been changed. I still have seats to the seychelles, its just a very inconvenient itinerary. After flying about 16 hours nonstop la to dubai, i have to do a layover for 1 1/2 days, where before i landed around 8pm, and left around 2am, and again the return from the seychelles they cut my trip one day. I went to the airport counter at lax, spoke to am emirates supervisor there, and on the phone to many people at emirates, and all they say is that i have to do everything through continental. they dont want to talk to me since its a continental award ticket. As eshak786 has said, i should find the right emails to send a letter to. if anyone has them handy, can you send them to me please, if not i will go though all this, I am new to this website,and kinda frustrated so please bear with me.
