Was the seat confirmed when you originally booked it? If it was then they shouldnt be able to cancel your seat like this. I would suggest complaining to your local office and to the office in dubai. Complain via email and on the phone. If you search this forum, you be able to find email addresses where your complaint will be read by a human rather than it being lost in the system.
