Depending on context, I've always found the best translation of Inshallah to be "fat chance pal".
On a serious note, the phrase for Thank You in Turkish is Tesekkur Ederim, or shortened to Tesekkurler.
Quite a mouthful.
The word Sagol (silent g - pronounced sow -like a female pig) is the equivalent of the way brits use Cheers.
Much more practical for visitors.

One other thing on this subject: there are those who say that insh'allah means the same thing as maņana except without the urgency.
