Most likely hot but don't bank on it. BRU-FCO (2hr and a bit) there is either cold or hot - varies by the day. I got hot breakfast two weeks ago but this week I got cold one on the same flight. Wine (red/white) is in small bottles (drinkable but not memorable). Most of the time food on SN is rather good.
