Inshallah runs a close second!
To complete the Arabic trifecta:

"mafeesh", which means it's broken or there's none left.

A conversation usually runs like this:

"Mafeesh electricity."

"Ma'alesh. When will it be back?"

"In three hours, insh'allah."

One other thing on this subject: there are those who say that insh'allah means the same thing as maņana except without the urgency.
