Even better, the Princess Kaiulani - two of the buildings will be demolished for a new tower - and the other completely renovated. The Kaiulani retail/restaurant space goes from 36,000 sq feet to over 80,000 sq feet. I give Starwood a lot of credit for huge investments in the area even during the downturn. They hope to start the next phase in 2012.
I read the newspaper today.
It will not be a timeshare units there, right.
They call Condo Hotel, means each unit is sold to individual and most units will be leased back to Moana as the hotel operation units like Waikiki beach tower/ new Trump Tower (now process for legal battle).
