I was one the only F passenger on a LHR-JFK flight, as a non-rev! (Many years ago...)

I just told the crew my choice of entree, then said I'd prefer it if they didn't bother with the whole service with carts and everything, as I was an employee and it really wasn't necessary. Their response was funny.."There's no one else to serve, so if we don't do the full service just for you, we'll get really bored!"

So, the carts came out, full service, I was the most pampered non-rev ever! A couple of days later, I met a friend in Miami (also an employee) and we were the only two passengers in F from MIA-GYE. We loved the service, had great fun with the crew (played loads of card games!) and left the plane loaded with two bags each, filled with full-size wine bottles, champagne and port. Fantastic! Imagine the amazing party we had when we arrived at my friends house in Guayaquil, loaded with alcohol.........
