I was once the only passenger up front on an AA 757 from Tegucigalpa, Honduras to Miami. The flight attendant asked me if I had chartered the plane. Even though I was the only passenger, they still had all the meal choices available for me. The service was quite personal! By the way, coach was relatively full.
