It's 80 mg / 100 mL of blood (0.08%). There is, however, a separate charge of impaired operation that applies to impairment by drugs and/or alcohol. A person driving with a BAC of 0.05% could be convicted of impaired operation, but not of driving with a BAC in excess of 0.08%. Two separate charges.
