also I wanted to add that no jail time was required..I just paid a fine..1 month restricted license and 40 hours of community service..and 1 year probation..but I only ended up being on probation for 6 months due to completing my 40 hours within 2 months.

Also please don't get me wrong..I am not trying to put this offense off as something small..it was a huge mistake..and I have been sober since.
