I tried the OP's link and it didn't work.
However, you can go to
http://www.naturesbounty.com/ and click the free pedometer link on it's frontpage. No problem all the way.
It is strange that the address in the OP's link is 100% same as what you get on the website, but I just couldn't get there directly from the OP's link.
