288 furnished residential suites and 6 villas. Exterior should be completed in about two months. Now scheduled to open in 2011.

In the current building, the apartments have the wood floors.

Looks like the plan changed due to the oversupply of luxury apartments in DXB. The current plan is changed to 107 hotel rooms and suites and 216 apartment suites. This will make 745 rooms, suites, and apartments total in the two towers.
