I have been looking all around the net to find IATA full fare rates but haven't had any success.

I am entitled to a full fare economy ticket once a year as my vacation allowance. That's what my contract says but most of the time the rates our personnel department assigns is based on a quotation that a travel agency provides and that most of the time is not the true IATA rate as they always include some discounts.
I work in Brazil and based on my contract my point of origin is Tehran,Iran .However I do not fly to Tehran for my vacations since I live outside. But the allowance will be calculated for a full fare ticket from Rio de Janeiro to Tehran.

Is there a way to find the IATA rates for this route.
