Mileage Plus Club Visa vs. Presidential Plus MasterCard
In consideration that I may fly UA more this year than CO, I'm thinking about getting the Mileage Plus Club Visa, and perhaps dumping my Presidential Plus MasterCard. (Yes, it is anathema to me to get rid of a credit card, but I don't need two cards that get me into the same clubs!)
Both cards are issued by Chase. I get elite airport services with PPMC, but it doesn't look like I get similar benefits with the MPCV. The Mileage Plus Access Visa (lesser version of the MPCV), does give me access to E+ and coupons for club access, but what I really want is to board with elites in order to get overhead space. Not sure why the MPCV has club membership but doesn't offer E+, or am I missing something? In any event, what other considerations are there?
