I think delta needs to publicize this more so that way people will start checking their bags again. I feel bad for those who board last who have to check their bag as I watch people bring pretty much fit anything they can possibly fit into the overhead bin (oversized suitcases, lamps, mattresses).

So good on Delta for those holding these specific cards!
