I just verified with Continental that they have noted our reservation with the fact that we're coming in from Heathrow on BA and they also said if we are delayed they would put us on the next available flight to CLE. We would have to stay overnight since the next ones are the following morning. They understand the delays caused by the ash and will work with us to help if it causes a problem (no fee in fact). But, they believe we have enough time as long as the BA flight isn't delayed by a lot. Should be fine.
