A resort in the Catskills of NY would be great, with horseback riding, lake activities, etc. It's only an hour or so from Starwood headquarters, and the execs need a place to go on a quick retreat, don't they?

Even a Four Points in New Paltz, NY would be good. When we visit the in-laws there, we are forced to stay at the Rodeway, at outrageous prices during summer.
