Revenue Passengers (Bumped pax ahead of pax who are on other flights), employees (Company Business ahead of leisure emoployees which is by seniority), Employee Spouses & Dependants, buddy passes by employees seniority and lastly other airline employees.

In my experience this is correct. Revenue passengers are sorted by elite level and then by request time. AS buddy passes are last, above only other airline employees who are flying for free.
