And just to finish the saga: BA have finally paid everying bar a hundred-quid (booze, I guess, although I'm sure we drank more!) of an £1100 claim for three extra nights for 2 people. Which is nice. A shame I had to chase via phone and talk about legal action before getting a good resolution, though.

Faith restored, and with CX pulling F from HKG-AKL am just about to book BA F to SYD for next year.
