It could work but I'm guessing the pricing would kill it. A quick check on the *A website's book-and-fly tool suggests that the fare is over $5K in Y. I'm not sure that's right but it is definitely pricey.
ETA: Switching TPE and SIN around might cut enough miles from the itinerary to get you into the 26K miles version of the RTW which would cut the price a decent chunk.
