I'm new to AA. My travel agent was checking some fares for me to GLA and indicated that there were two types of B fares - one was discounted (I think it was a B2 fare?)

Does the discounted B fare qualify for 100% Q points and is it eligible for the 10000 mile upgrade award for US - UK ?
