As I write this I am riding the Maple Leaf from NYP to Toronto and the cafe car, with a grand total of 6 tables (22 seats plus wheelchair access to one side of one table) has three tables occupied by train crew members. The assistant conductor took the accessible table, the conductor took half of another table, and the cafe attendant took the whole table closest to the counter.
