Any thoughts? I realize now I should have booked CO the entire trip. Ugh.
I agree with the other poster, two hours should be more than enough to make the transit, just be prepared for a 15 minute walk inside the airport to get from through security rescreening. However, is this trip based on one PNR or two? If it's two different PNR's, it's not clear to me what relief CO might give you if the DL flight is late arriving in NRT since they would have no responsibility for what happens on DL. Bear in mind also that the later flight that CO might put you on might have you staying overnight depending on how many flights CO has to and from NRT. You might want to ask this specific question to the experts on the CO forum.
As for booking CO for the whole flight, I presume you know that CO doesn't actually fly to SIN. I assume the SIN/NRT sector is a code share flown by UA. So you would have had to deal with two carriers no matter what (although presumably all on one PNR and thus be protected on any delays).
