When I flew this route last year, I got through 1-1/2 bottles of Taittinger CdC and 3/4 bottle of an excellent Grand Cru Burgundy.
I was connecting in ICN to the LAX flight in F, so I took it pretty easy on this short flight.

This is my kind of flying. ^
