Yes, Avis does one-way rentals, ex FL driveout and the wide assortment of cars in NY with Avis stickers and out of state plates, but frequently not for a competitive price.
Thanks so much for checking into this for me. Which locations did you use for your search when you came up with $400 because I couldn't get that and I'd love to try replicate it.
Now I have to find the code for $35 off the weekly. Do those codes always work with the CDP and RQ codes?
