+1 for HSBC Premier

As someone else mentioned, got me US credit Cards when I moved over, set me up with UK accounts as well so I can transfer money for free back home, and overlook silly things like minimum deposits/earnings so don't charge me any fees. I've recommended all the expats I know to them, and they are all very happy (it's also funny when 6 of us pay with exactly the same card when we go out for dinner).
