Actually, these seats are better than AA's international Business Class seats, UA's Business Class seats on 777 aircraft, and definitely more comfortable than 767 Business Class seats on Continental or Delta (with the exemption of a few 767-400s that have 180-degree flat beds). Don't worry, the seats aren't bad, although a bit narrow. Also, note that the 767 Envoy Class seats have a few more inches of leg room over the non-row 1 seats of the A333 fleet.
No flat beds yet on CO 767-400s. There are flat beds on a handful of 777s & 757s. CO's website has an update concerning the percentage of the fleet that has received the new seats. I'll be travelling IAH-HNL in the 764 front cabin this Oct. but I doubt the new seats will be installed by then.
