I can only report on one stay, this past Sunday night, but my experience was very positive. I recently dropped to Silver, so wasn't expecting any extras at all -- but we were allocated a fair-sized room on the "HHonors" (8th) floor and told that our booking was being upgraded to include breakfast. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and professional, the breakfast was good with lots of options.
We're back in Brussels tomorrow, with a booking at the Hilton (tower). Will post if there's anything interesting to report.
