Well done on using Google docs and even more on keeping it 'low bandwidth'. For on-screen displays, there is no added value in using lots of MP's per picture and - living in a sloooooow internet country - to see the webpage download scores of high res photos can be quite irritating!

Two points:

Landing documents: these dont seem to be used in SA anymore. Folklore has it that criminals were using these to find out about tourists' adresses and then ambushing them there.
Tipping of bathroom attendants: don't. I regularly tip all sorts of people here in SA ('car guards', service station attendants etc. But these bathroom attendants (cleaners, actually) have paid jobs, they dont rely on tips. They are just trying to get away with it.
