BA is reserving the right to seek permission to appeal to the Supreme Court. I think that would be a big mistake personally. Get on with the strike and let's see how long it lasts before the union is defeated.
That may very well happen. BA going to the supreme court helps, because if they do go to the supreme court and win, anyone striking next week is in a very very precarious position.
