Can someone of a higher pay grade please explain what is going on? I understood that BA won the injunction and Unite were refused leave to appeal by the Judge. Unite then went to the CoA to appeal for leave to appeal. If they were successful then they would be able to appeal the injunction. Has that now been done away with?
