Retrocredit can be very smooth or it can be very awful. I had some cases where the fight with M&M until they realized their fault took more than 6 Months. If you have to wait an average of 2 Months for an answer 6 Months is not a long time!
its always the date of the first claim that counts! i had a few issues where i sent in the forms 8 months after the flight and then it took over the 12 month mark to have them adjust my account... never a problem!
