Huh?

There are all kinds of commercial, scheduled flights into BGW on Gulf Air, Middle East, Etiahad, Turkish and Royal Jordanian just to name a few. And flights to several other cities in Iraq as well.

Now, back to the OP's post - this sounds to me like the usual silly airliners.net rumor re-posting.........
