DL rumors to start nonstop DTW-Baghdad, Iraq???

Hi All,

I hearing a rumors from DL came in today. I just read it whole news article published that I hear DL want to startup nonstop DTW-BGW on operating 777 or 744 aircraft. I am not even sure if US government will have to be approval to get fifth freedom traffic rights through USA-Iraq. So let's the speculate about this one. If necessary from DOT is subject to be in negotiations deal from DL will start service from DTW-BGW. There is possible for DL want to put on 744 aircraft but, last time NW is tries to get traffic rights through AMS-BGW in 2003/2004. They were never start service from AMS-BGW nonstop.
