I had a stay there a couple of days ago. I didn't run into the hot water issue as rwsatl did.

However, the breakfast @ Cafe was a strange encounter. I got there about 8:30 on a weekday and it was very empty. Maybe only 4-5 parties. I had to wait a while for someone to turn up and show me a table. Then, I waited at my table a couple of minutes for someone to turn up and take my beverage order. However, no one came and I went ahead to the buffet, filling up a couple of plates. Still, no one around to take my beverage order. Now, I don't want to wait any longer and I enter the small kitchen by the buffet and fill up a glass of orange juice. Then when I'm looking for a way to get hot tea a lady comes, and seems be be embarrassed, and fills up a carafe of hot water. During my breakfast no one comes around asking if everything is fine, nor gives me the breakfast bill. Finally after waiting for a while *again* I go to the remote corner where all the waitresses seems to be clustered and ask for the bill. One waitress starts walking with me to my table, but stops half ways and tells me that so much went wrong on this breakfast and that they wouldn't charge me for breakfast. I agree, and off I went...

Was this an isolated occurrence, or have anyone else had similar breakfast troubles?
