I think 90 minutes is about all I'm willing to go on ERJ--which covers PHX-SJC. I have taken the seasonal CMH-MIA ERJ service (ca. 2.5 hrs), but it left so early in the morning I slept the entire way...
If they insist on using ERJ for long stage-lengths, then a re-config of the cabin is in order, at the least!
